Key to the collection, analysis, production and distribution of information within an organization is the quality of the IT Services provided to the business. Increasingly, organizations must successfully pass at least one or more types of audits [ISO, SAS70, NIST, PCI, HIPAA, etc.] to conduct business and the technical, organizational, and management controls necessary are extensive.
